A company is looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Growth Team and collaborate with the CEO to execute the company's strategic direction
Transition from a selling leader to building and developing a high-performing sales organization
Manage marketing initiatives to support sales pipeline growth and oversee content marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in selling services and solutions, preferably in digital transformation or AI consulting
Proven track record of leading growth functions and delivering consistent year-over-year revenue growth
Experience in consultative and value-based selling to mid-market and enterprise clients
Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior leadership
Familiarity with EOS or similar operating frameworks is a plus
