Since 5, The Brook Hospitals have been offering hope to individuals, families, and communities in and around Louisville. We provide mental health and substance abuse treatment services to seniors, adults, teens, and children and have two locations in Louisville, KY.
The Brook Dupont is an -bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for children, adults and seniors. The hospital is provider rich and features a seasoned senior management team.

The Chief Nursing Officer is a key member of the senior leadership team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a hands-on approach and keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. The CNO will manage a team of direct reports and participates in the hospital’s strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. The CNO will lead day-to-day operations of the nursing department and focus on 5 key areas : People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance.
