In this role, the Police Records Specialist, where you will assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, learn company products and services to better assist others, and help organize and maintain a tidy workspace. Additional duties include respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, coordinate with other departments when needed, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, as well as support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, manage simple records and enter information accurately, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
