The Chief of Staff plays a critical role in supporting the CEO, functioning as a liaison between them, executive leadership, and stakeholders in the external environment. They are responsible for overseeing the CEO’s daily operational needs, ensuring effective coordination of cross-functional teams, delivery of strategic projects and facilitating communication.
The Chief of Staff must be a proactive, strategic, insightful, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced complex environment. They should be able to bring a strategic mindset to problem solving, exercise good judgment, prioritize competing tasks and maintain a high level of professionalism and executive presence when interacting with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
Shifts Available :
Salaried Full Time Status Position at Hours per Week. Monday - Friday, : am - : pm
Expected starting wage range is $, - $, Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Analytics or a related field.
- Three () years’ experience in a Chief of Staff role, consultative leadership, strategic consulting, project management, or operations in healthcare or a similarly regulated field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrix-style organization including experience in handling cross-departmental initiatives and influencing organizational change.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at our corporate office in Alameda, CA during regular business hours, with occasional travel as required to support the CEO.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, project and data management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Must be at least years of age.
- All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, -step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply.
