Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are in need of a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and guide the company's long-term financial planning and performance. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, risk management, compliance, and reporting. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a vital role in shaping the company's financial strategy and supporting sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Direct all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury

Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals

Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors

Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion

Oversee financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Assess financial risks and opportunities, and provide guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement

Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor financial health and support data-driven decision-making

Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

Partner with other executives on strategic initiatives such as M&A, fundraising, and corporate development

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial systems, internal controls, and reporting standards
