Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial controls and healthcare regulations

Drive corporate development efforts, including M&A, partnerships, and capital strategy execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred

12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in healthcare services organizations

Proven experience in growth-stage or PE / VC-backed companies

Deep expertise in healthcare reimbursement and regulatory requirements

Demonstrated experience with P&L ownership and fundraising efforts
