Position Description

Blueair, a global brand under Unilever with a focus on consumer health, is looking for a Global Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance organization and drive strategic growth across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Blueair's global financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic decision-making.

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments; identify and mitigate financial risks.

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

Lead finance teams across Chicago, Stockholm, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, fostering collaboration.

Serve as the primary financial liaison to the Board of Directors, providing reports and insights.

Streamline financial operations and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Build strong relationships with internal leaders to develop short- and long-term strategy.

Champion the adoption of innovative financial technologies and practices, including digital transformation.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven senior financial leadership experience in a global or multinational setting.

3–5 years in a finance leadership role (preferred).

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving financial growth and innovation.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to inspire diverse teams.

Deep understanding of global financial markets and practices, especially in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Experience in consumer electronics, durable goods, or similar industry preferred.

Financial acumen in managing budgets, performance, and risk.

Ability to travel internationally and adapt to cultural environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Pay

Base salary $180,000 – $200,000 per year.

Bonus

Substantial upside potential tied to individual and company performance.
