This role can be based in the US (multiple locations) or London, UK.

What you will do

  • Lead and inspire all aspects of our global Human Resources function fueling a unique culture of innovation, including compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, HR operations, and organizational development.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that champions employee experience, leadership growth, diversity, equity and inclusion, and continuous transformation across a global workforce in 30+ countries.
  • Identify, attract and develop authentic leaders who can fundamentally transform the corporate community.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the executive team, advancing strategic initiatives such as organizational transformation, M&A integration, and scalable talent solutions.
  • Reinvigorate the entrepreneurial culture shared across Vonage and Ericsson, while building on Ericsson's values : respect, professionalism, perseverance and integrity.
  • Harness data-driven HR analytics to facilitate measurable business impact.

What you will bring

  • Extensive HR leadership experience on a global scale - ideally as Chief People Officer / CHRO - with a strong track record in technology or multinational sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive culture change - fostering hunger, entrepreneurial spirit, and critical thinking - adapting global frameworks to suit Vonage's unique strategy and innovation needs.
  • Deep analytical skills, leveraging data and metrics to identify skill gaps, evolve talent, and enable evidence-based, continuous HR improvement.
  • Expert in leading global teams through complex change, scaling, and M&A integration, delivering measurable transformation and embedding best-in-class talent strategies.
  • Strategic communicator and exceptional collaborator, known for authenticity, values-driven leadership, and ability to bring diverse teams with them.
  • Deep expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, reskilling / upskilling, and workforce analytics, with a sharp focus on hiring quality, organizational health, and capability building.
  • Adept at balancing use of parent-company resources with building and sustaining a distinct, forward-looking Vonage culture.
  • Unquestioned integrity and values, creating environments where difference drives strength and leading as a catalyst for positive, sustainable change.
  • Advanced credentials in HR or related disciplines (e.g., CIPD Fellowship, SHRM membership), strongly preferred.

    At Ericsson Vonage, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive package to help with your individual needs and goals.

    Your Pay

    The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. The salary range for this position for all US locations is 308,704 - 381,054 USD. Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply. You might also be eligible for Ericsson Long Term Plan.
