The Chief Operating Officer (COO) oversees Crane Center's business development, business operations, administrative services and procedures. The COO will be officed in Austin Texas, however he/she will be responsible for operations and the aforementioned activities at all three of Crane Center locations. As a key member of the executive team, the COO translates the Crane Center's strategic vision into actionable operational plans that drive growth, expense management and control, quality assurance, patient safety, patient satisfaction, patient communications, office based clinical services, regulatory compliance and medical records, while ensuring sustainable financial performance.
