Responsible for developing new business, structuring, underwriting, and closing of business and commercial loans, as well as monitoring and maintaining a loan portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business or economics. Minimum five years of commercial lending experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, tax returns and legal documents. Ability to respond to inquires or issues from members, regulatory agencies, or business community participants. PC proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Sales oriented personality preferred.
Tenure: Assignment to the Commercial Loan Officer (Category 07) position or the Senior Commercial Loan Officer (Category 06) position will be determined by the candidate's education and/or experience. Advancement requires management recommendation and will be based on the candidate's performance.
Compensation:
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and applicable local or state wage requirements, and will fall within the range provided below. In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall between the minimum and midpoint of the listed range.
Salary Pay Range: 06
$100,331 - $172,572 annually
Salary Pay Range: 07
$90,389 - $152,718 annually
