How you’ll make an impact in this role

Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to align with the mission, vision and values of the organization.

• Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth.
• Plan, direct and coordinate overall daily operations.
• Responsible for building relationships to establish partnerships and affiliations.
• Direct operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets and collaborates to establish control systems for accountability.
• Collaborate to plan and organize staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and educating in support of operational objectives.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Masters Degree preferred
• Prior experience leading operational functions in a hospital setting
• Skilled at physician relationship building
• Proven ability and success growing clinical service lines
• Growth-oriented executive with a demonstrated ability to scale and drive business performance
• Experience managing infrastructure projects in hospital or healthcare settings
