Willingness to travel occasionally. Oversee the ongoing and effective operation of various patient safety and risk management activities. Perform and oversee claim management functions including investigation and analysis. Conduct risk assessments for new services. Perform root cause analysis for the system including action plan tracking and facilitation. Manage the Patient Safety Council and integrate the corporate TERM program into the overall risk management program. Collaborate with department directors and the executive team to implement corporate and facility risk reduction strategies. Provide expertise regarding regulatory and compliance standards and processes. Engage in data analysis, reporting, and education. Provide leadership and be accountable for related activities.
