Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and maintain operational continuity. Liaise with suppliers to optimize product availability and manage lead times. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Generate and analyze reports to track seasonal trends, providing insights for enhancing resiliency efforts. Address product shortages by identifying alternative products and obtaining necessary clinical approvals for substitutes when required. Monitor 3rd party tools to track risk of supply disruptions due to supply chain or logistics incidents. Engage with suppliers to comprehend the impact of these disruptions and effectively communicate the associated risks to leadership.
