Job Description

Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant

Experience : Minimum 1 year required; first-timers accepted.

Description :

The Physical Therapy Assistant will work within an acute care hospital setting.

The position involves handling approximately 14 cases daily.

The shifts will typically run Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends or holidays.

Applicants should have experience working with diverse patient populations.

Skills required include assessment, evaluation, and implementation of physical therapy interventions.

Experience with adaptive devices, assistive devices, and various rehabilitation techniques is essential.

Familiarity with common conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, orthopedic issues, and neurological disorders is expected.

The role includes patient education and support during rehabilitation processes.

Candidates will be expected to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
