Position Summary

The Director / Senior Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) will lead the alignment and optimization of UpKeep's sales, marketing, and customer success (CS) teams to drive predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency. Reporting to the CFO, this high-visibility role manages and grows a small team while owning GTM data, processes, and systems that scale with our growth.

Ideal candidates bring deep SaaS RevOps expertise, strong analytical and strategic leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact.

This role will receive a competitive base salary + annual bonus + benefits + equity. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensationincluding a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000 USD per year.
