ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent, I spent four years as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and a strong appreciation for the role a great team plays in an agency’s success.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mother of two and a graduate of Western New Mexico University. I’m also a big animal lover and enjoy spending time with my fur babies. My daughter attends Texas Tech University, and my son is a Tarleton State University graduate.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Esmeralda Gutierrez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
