VIVE Culture Church is a growing, diverse, and relational church known for its vibrant culture, practical biblical teaching, and strong volunteer engagement. As a portable church with meaningful momentum, VIVE is entering a new season that requires strengthened infrastructure and executive leadership to support sustainable growth.
The Executive Pastor will serve as the senior operational leader of the church, partnering closely with the Lead Pastors to translate vision into strategy, structure, and execution. This role carries significant responsibility in organizational leadership, financial stewardship, staff development, and long-range planning.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Executive Pastor will function as the primary operational and organizational leader of VIVE Culture Church. This individual will oversee staff alignment, ministry infrastructure, financial processes, and strategic planning while ensuring the church's mission and values remain central in every area of execution.
This role is designed to bring clarity, accountability, and sustainable systems to a growing church environment. The Executive Pastor will help move VIVE from entrepreneurial momentum to structured, long-term health while maintaining the relational culture that defines the church.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide executive leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations
- Supervise and develop ministry staff and department leaders
- Lead budget development, financial stewardship, and resource allocation
- Establish clear systems, policies, and accountability structures
- Partner with the Lead Pastor in strategic planning and vision implementation
- Collaborate with the board in matters of governance and organizational health
- Support discipleship alignment and participate in teaching as appropriate
