Senior Site / Civil Project Manager role at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services. Located in Columbus, OH. This position leads and supports design, permitting and client management / development efforts for a variety of land development projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed-use projects for both public and private clients.
- Work with office leadership to develop growth plans and ensure staff utilization.
- Develop new client relationships and maintain relationships with existing clients; participate in business development activities.
- Lead site / civil efforts on various project sites, including site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control from concept through completion.
- Lead storm water management design, hydrologic / hydraulic analysis and design, and SWPPP preparation.
- Demonstrate experience in land development engineering, integrating geotechnical and environmental aspects.
- Perform other duties as requested.
