Job Description
We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and the ability to handle cases independently while collaborating with other attorneys.
- Handle civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on case strategy.
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings.
- Work directly with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their cases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in civil litigation .
