Position Title : Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

Location : Colorado-based - This position may be based out of our Colorado Springs, Centennial, Westminster, or Fort Collins offices.

Hybrid, in-office, or remote work arrangements are available depending on the role and business needs. Regular in-office presence will be required during the training period to ensure a successful onboarding and integration process.

Employment Type : Full-Time | Exempt

Salary Range : $115,000.00 - 160,000.00 annually

Ability to receive a bonus on top of base salary

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, team player, and strong communicator with a proven track record in legal research, case strategy, litigation, client representation, and courtroom advocacy. They are comfortable managing a full caseload, working collaboratively, and delivering high-quality service to clients while upholding firm values and ethical standards.

• Provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate legal representation to clients
• Conduct in-depth research and apply findings strategically to support client matters
• Advocate on behalf of clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with colleagues, including senior attorneys and support staff, to ensure comprehensive client service and continuous development
• Manage deadlines and tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism
• Participate in internal meetings, case reviews, and firm development initiatives as appropriate
