Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will assist in managing a diverse caseload, providing support in various civil litigation matters, and gaining valuable experience in the courtroom. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop legal skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records
  • Attend court hearings and provide support during trials
  • Collaborate with clients to gather information and prepare for legal proceedings
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting civil litigation
  • Participate in strategy meetings to discuss case progress and direction

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
