Job Details

  • 5-10 years of Structural Engineering experience
  • PE license preferred, a SE license would be ideal
  • Strong proficiency in residential and commercial wood design and construction
  • Experience with wood design, residential, & mixed use
  • Post-Tensioned Concrete and podium design preferred
  • The ability to perform structural calculations / detailing / construction support

    • dealing with structures designed with wood, concrete, masonry, and steel

  • Experience preparing detailed structural reports and deliverables for client use and

    • permitting

  • The ability to write clearly and concisely
  • The ability to speak with clients and be understood, work independently, make site

    • visits to evaluate existing structures, be dependable, have a friendly attitude, and

    follow through.
