Job Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver enterprise technology solutions. Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to gather business objectives and requirements. Perform business analysis including current-state assessments, future-state design, gap analysis, process optimization, and workflow documentation. Translate business needs into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and integration specifications. Manage and refine product backlogs in JIRA, ensuring traceability and alignment with business priorities. Coordinate product delivery by managing priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, and cross-functional workstreams. Support development teams throughout the SDLC by clarifying requirements, validating solutions, and ensuring business readiness. Analyze enterprise system integrations involving REST APIs, SOAP web services, SFTP, middleware, and batch interfaces. Partner with architects and engineers to support scalable application design, integrations, and security alignment. Create process flows, system diagrams, and solution documentation using Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart. Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and release planning. Coordinate SIT and UAT activities, including test planning, test case development, defect management, and business acceptance. Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Coordinate with vendors by tracking deliverables, reviewing documentation, and managing action items. Prepare project documentation, executive summaries, status reports, meeting materials, and decision logs. Identify project risks, dependencies, blockers, and recommend process improvements. Job Requirements Business Analysis Strong experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or Product Delivery. Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, current/future state process flows, data mapping documentation, and integration requirements. Agile & SDLC Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working in Agile environments. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards, and Confluence. Technical & Integration Experience analyzing enterprise integrations including REST APIs, SOAP web services, SFTP, middleware integrations, and batch interfaces. Data & Database SQL for data analysis and validation. Oracle database knowledge. Understanding of ETL concepts and data migration. Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting. Security Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SAML Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and role-based security. Documentation & Communication Strong documentation, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership. Qualifications Required Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Delivery Consultant. Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Experience supporting Agile software development and enterprise application implementations. Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence. Experience with SQL, Oracle databases, and data validation. Knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, and data migration concepts. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps), SharePoint, .NET/C#, and Azure Services. Enterprise Content Management platforms (OpenText eDOCS, DocuWare). Experience with Risk, Claims, Legal, Compliance, or Safety systems. Origami Risk, TPA integrations, and Workers'' Compensation processes. Salesforce and ServiceNow. Power BI and Tableau. Mainframe modernization and COBOL applications. DevOps concepts and tools including Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and CI/CD.
