Ability to work assigned shift with occasional overtime or on-call rotation.

Schedule : 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday
Pay : $16 - 18 / hr .
Key Responsibilities
- Collect patient demographics, insurance details, and co-pays.
- Verify insurance benefits and provide clear benefit breakdowns.
- Obtain and follow up on prior authorizations as required.
- Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and referral sources.
- Process incoming referrals and enter data into the patient and billing system.
- Review medical records to confirm medical necessity.
- Notify sales teams or referral sources of missing or incomplete documentation.
- Document referral status in the system and report issues to the Intake Manager / Supervisor.
- Support additional tasks and projects as needed.
