Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk.
  2. Analyze cases and perform in-depth legal research to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  3. Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting internal and external counsel.
  4. Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions.
  5. Design system prompts and rubrics for legal applications, engaging in multi-turn conversations with agents to ensure task accuracy and coherence.
  6. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics in all legal processes and communications.
  7. Collaborate across teams to build and enhance legal tools or applications, leveraging your industry expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven expertise in legal principles, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
  2. Strong contract review and negotiation abilities across a variety of legal domains.
  3. Demonstrated experience in case analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence.
  4. Hands-on experience in litigation support and dispute resolution.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
  6. Deep commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and integrity in all legal matters.
  7. Track record of building or contributing to legal applications, tools, or systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience designing legal-focused conversational agents, rubrics, or AI-driven workflows.
  2. Background in developing digital legal solutions or productizing legal expertise.
  3. Ability to manage complex multi-turn conversations and system prompt design.
