[job_card.job_description]Provide a best in class customer experience in the warranty and service environment. Work with channel and field functions to understand channel and customer concerns and create solutions for warranty and service issues through strong customer service. Analyze and monitor a warranty and service claim information process to uphold policy guidelines and create process improvements. Use claim analytics process to data mine, research and analyze dealer warranty and service performance to suggest and execute on improvements in process and systems. Provide communication on warranty and service policy to channel and customers to ensure claims are filed within guidelines. Support team efforts to manage and reduce warranty spend, accruals, and reserves. 3+ years of experience in customer service, claims analysis, warranty support, service or related field. Customer focus and continuous improvement mentality. Ability to collaborate, partner with both internal and external customers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn and work in multiple systems.

Compensation : Base Pay Range : $45,000 - $70,000 Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
