  • Compile and distribute financial documentation and proof of release agreements in support of reinsurance recovery billings.
  • Support reinsurance audits of claims data and processes by handling IT and auditor logistics to internal claims systems.
  • Assist in addressing audit findings and support the implementation of corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist with accounting queries and payment supporting documentation.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to reinsurance and claims management.

  • Knowledge of claims or reinsurance processing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ARe, CPCU) is a plus.
