  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones, providing regular status reports to the Program Manager and leadership.
  • Attend customer meetings and support client communications.
  • Coordinate development of deliverables and products.
  • Contribute to proposal development and resource planning as needed.

  • Certifications: PMP certification, or the ability to obtain PMP certification within twelve (12) months of hire date.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project for schedule development and maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals and the build-out of new network nodes in support of a network-intensive program.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling, and risk tracking.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree.
  • Experience: Experience supporting defense contracting programs or working within a classified environment; experience managing CDRL deliverables under a government contract; familiarity with government contract execution and stakeholder management.
