We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Customer Service Representative to support our front office and help provide an excellent experience for our customers.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with computers, communicates well, stays organized, enjoys working with customers, and can handle multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
Responsibilities:

Experience with office software, scheduling programs, customer management systems, or automotive shop management software is a plus.
We are willing to train the right person. Customer service ability, computer skills, reliability, organization, and attitude are more important to us than extensive automotive knowledge.
