Now Hiring Class A CDL Drivers – Bridgeport, CT 06601

LEM Trucking is seeking professional Class A CDL Drivers who want dependable miles, weekly home time, and modern, driver-friendly equipment. This position focuses on regional and Midwest / Southeast lanes with minimal freight handling and no NYC deliveries. As a Class A CDL Driver , you'll enjoy a steady schedule, predictable pay, and a supportive work environment.

Drivers in this role average $1,150–$1,600 weekly , operating late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with inverters and Opti-Idle climate systems for comfort. Paid orientation, full benefits, and optional rider privileges make this a great opportunity for any Class A CDL Driver looking for long-term stability.

Position Highlights :

Weekly home time (~34 hours) with predictable weekend schedules

Average pay $1,150–$1,600 per week with consistent freight and lanes

95% no-touch freight and 85% drop & hook operations

Modern trucks with 1,500W inverters and Opti-Idle climate systems

Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO, and paid orientation

Requirements : Valid Class A CDL

12+ months of tractor-trailer experience preferred

This role provides steady miles, weekly home time, and reliable equipment for any professional Class A CDL Driver .

CDL-A Drivers Needed – Local, Regional & OTR Options

LEM Trucking is expanding and now hiring CDL-A drivers across the U.S. We offer a variety of routes including local, regional, and OTR, with both no-touch freight and driver-assist options. We focus on driver support, steady work, and a respectful environment where your experience is valued.

This process may include employment verification, background screenings, and reviewing your MVR, PSP, and DAC reports. Orientation and travel arrangements will be made if required. Final approval is based on verified driving and work history.
