We are seeking a diligent and reliable cleaner responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in facility areas, including restrooms, breakrooms, and warehouse spaces. The role involves mopping floors, cleaning spills, disposing of trash, collecting and compressing cardboard and plastic using compactor and baler machines, and restocking supplies.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned facility areas.
• Mop floors and clean spills promptly.
• Dispose of trash and manage recycling materials.
• Operate compactor and baler machines to compress cardboard and plastic.
• Restock cleaning and facility supplies as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards.

Work Environment :

Work in an indoor facility and warehouse setting, which requires standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery. The role involves exposure to cleaning chemicals and warehouse equipment, with proper safety gear provided. There are two shifts available : 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm and 4 : 00 pm - 12 : 30 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nutley, NJ.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
