Position: HR Support
Job Description:
Responsible for full cycle payroll process via ADP Workforce Now, benefits process including open enrollment and continued management, off boarding, workers compensation, leave process including FMLA, ADA, personal leaves.
Partner with designated leaders to uphold all compliance standards (ACHC, Dept. of Labor, HR policies, etc.) and create an environment of compliance/excellence.
Support Labor Relations strategies (i.e., grievance procedures, suspensions, terminations).
Assist in the coordination of events e.g. holiday celebrations, employee recognition, service awards, community support among others.

Excellent computer skills MS office
HR experience a plus
