Our client, a reputable government agency in San Bernardino, has an immediate need for a biliterate Office Clerk III to assist their team on an immediate, temporary basis. (30 days, potential for extension) ...
Responsibilities:
Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, and professional manner

Complete data entry tasks for various departments

Provide customer service to voters, election workers, candidates, county department, and other agencies including answering questions regarding process, procedures, and general information

Prepare written correspondence as needed

Maintain various department records both electronically and physically

Acts as coordinator of various teams and departments

Coordinate the flow of information interdepartmentally

Resolve issues and provide customer service as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Intermediate/advanced computer skills including knowledge of word, excel, and Microsoft

Ability to follow direction and work independently with minimal direction

Proficiency in executing routine and repetitive tasks with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail over extended periods

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Ability to perform daily clerical tasks

Have basic knowledge with office equipment (fax machine, scanner, copy machine, etc.)
