Getting to Know the Opportunity :

The basic function of this job is to prep returned mail and back-end mail, looking up items as needed in the administration systems. In addition, the position involves scanning documents, logging overnights into an overnight database, and assisting with sorting mail and filing case mail as time permits.

The Contributions You'll Make :

• Preps returned mail and back-end documents using barcode coversheet appropriate for the task. This included look-up of information in the administration system as needed.
• Logs contents of overnight packages in the overnight tracking database.
• Counts and batches documents for scanning, making sure tasks are appropriately separated.
• Scan documents into the image system and records batch information. This includes troubleshooting any scanning errors so accurate images move to indexing and business.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and / or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
