Are you a hardworking and motivated individual looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team in the Aviation Industry? If so, Cargo Repair, an FCAH Aerospace brand located in Louisville, KY, is the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dedicated Parts Clerk to handle aircraft parts, inventory, supplies, stock, shipping and receiving, and equipment on cargo loading systems across multiple types of aircraft.

FCAH (First Class Air Holdings) Aerospace is a fast-growing organization that includes a family of brands, which collectively provide comprehensive aftermarket aviation solutions, focused on delivering high quality OEM, PMA, and aftermarket parts, maintenance, repair, overhaul, storage, disassembly, emergency equipment, and customer service.

Cargo Repair, an FCAH Aerospace brand, is a FAA-145 / EASA certified repair shop, performing overhaul and repair maintenance on all Cargo components and cargo loading systems for Boeing, Douglas, and Airbus type fleets.

What you will be doing…

The position will work with the rest of the materials team to ensure a seamless transfer of packages into and out of Cargo Repair is maintained. Your responsibilities include :

  • Ship aircraft parts and other company mailings in compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Receive and document incoming aircraft parts, tooling, equipment, and other aeronautical items
  • Arrange pickup and delivery of packages to proper company departments
  • Maintain records of outgoing shipments and couriers
  • Advise Parts Coordinator of any materials or supplies received in a damaged or incorrect state
  • Audit inventory annually
  • Keep assigned workspace clean and orderly
  • Act in compliance with federal regulation and company policy
  • Use proper safety equipment and follow all safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as requested by Parts Coordinator
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 lbs.

What we are looking for…

You will need to have :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year warehouse experience
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate computer aptitude

    • Even better if you have one or more of the following :

  • Shipping and Receiving experience preferred
  • Aircraft parts number familiarity a plus!
  • Experience with Quantum
