Accounting Clerk Opportunity In Honolulu, Hawaii

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will handle essential financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Preparing and recording journal entries to maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Conducting bank and credit card reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and ensure account accuracy.
• Assisting in preparing financial reports and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather financial data and address accounting-related inquiries.
• Monitoring and verifying invoices, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Utilizing accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to streamline financial operations and reporting.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of financial data in all accounting activities.
• Performing additional tasks to support the accounting department as needed.
