    • Stabilization planning

  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of staff and interns.
  • Address performance concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee internship program structure, supervision, and university partnerships.

Program Leadership:

    • Tiered case management model
    • Therapy waitlist stabilization
    • Family support meetings for complex cases
  • Serve as escalation point for high-risk cases.
  • Monitor caseloads, outcomes, and service delivery trends; adjust as needed.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Services to ensure appropriate triage and coordination of care.
  • Maintain fidelity to program structure and address service drift.

Program Operations:

  • Oversee delivery of case management services, including:
    • Structured follow-ups
    • Stabilization support
    • Psychoeducation groups
    • Court support services
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with agency policies.
  • Oversee trauma and suicide risk assessment processes.
  • Ensure appropriate service tier classification and adjustments.

Collaboration and Systems Coordination:

  • Maintain strong relationships with MDT partners.
  • Participate in MDT meetings and case coordination.
  • Support cross-department collaboration within CACNT.
  • Assist in strengthening community partnerships and referral networks

General:

  • Maintain professional licenses in good standing and adhere to all ethical standards of practice.
  • Participate in agency initiatives and trainings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who Thrives in This Role?

  • A confident decision-maker who is comfortable leading in evolving environments.
  • A systems thinker who sees both the details and the big picture.
  • A leader who balances high accountability with strong staff development.
  • Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting for direction.
