  • Prepare documentation, including security agreements and promissory notes, for financed vehicle sales
  • Conduct monthly service van inspections, track results, and report failures to leadership
  • Coordinate vehicle purchases, sales, valuations, and documentation
  • Manage vehicle preparation, including shelving, wraps, and materials for new and reassigned vans
  • Oversee seasonal maintenance programs for installation teams
  • Track and manage vehicle maintenance and repair expenses
  • Create and manage fleet maintenance processes, including scheduling and vendor coordination
  • Negotiate contracts and service terms with fleet maintenance providers
  • Manage service and install truck inventory lists using data-driven stocking decisions
  • Oversee GPS installations and removals across the fleet
  • Coordinate all transit maintenance and repair scheduling
  • Submit invoices and documentation to Accounts Payable for fleet-related expenses
  • Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to support operational needs
  • Assist with equipment operations and provide additional support as needed
