Reservations & Client Support Coordinator

Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Reservations & Client Support Coordinator to assist with reservation coordination and client support in a remote environment. This role focuses on managing scheduling requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing professional support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.This position is well suited for individuals who are organized, communicative, and comfortable working within established systems and processes. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support reservation and scheduling requestsAssist clients with updates, changes, and confirmationsMaintain accurate records and documentation in internal systemsCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging toolsFollow established workflows, procedures, and timelinesProvide timely follow-up to support a positive client experienceCollaborate with internal teams to ensure reservation accuracy and consistency Qualifications:Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote settingComfortable using computers and learning new systemsHigh attention to detail and accuracyCustomer-focused with a professional and dependable approach Preferred Experience:Background in reservations, scheduling, customer support, or administrative rolesFamiliarity with booking, scheduling, or CRM-style systemsPrior remote or virtual work experience Work Environment:Fully remote positionFlexible scheduling based on operational needsStructured training and ongoing support providedCollaborative and process-driven team environment Equal Opportunity Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
