Business Development and Client Services Coordinator San Diego, CA | 30-40 hours per week | $25-28 / hour

The Role
Support our growth and client retention through business development, client services, and office coordination. This on-site position is critical to our sales pipeline, client onboarding, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Maintain HubSpot CRM : update leads, pipelines, and deal stages
- Support outbound sales : prospect research, cold outreach, meeting coordination
- Attend networking events and represent Optima at business associations
- Assist with proposals, engagement letters, and sales follow-up
Client Services
Office Operations
You're a Great Fit If You're :
Schedule : Monday-Friday, on-site at our San Diego office. Flexible hours : arrive between 7 : 30am-10 : 30am and work your scheduled hours (departing between 2 : 30pm-7 : 30pm). Occasional remote work available, possibly a day a week and for appointments with notice.
