A company is looking for a Client Manager responsible for managing a Partner's healthcare program and serving as a main point of contact for daily needs. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of a Partner's program leading up to go live and beyond Build and maintain processes and procedures to support the Partner's healthcare program needs Act as a liaison between the Partner and servicing operations to ensure needs are met Required Qualifications Experience in client management or a similar role Understanding of healthcare program operations and service models Ability to critically think and design solutions to improve service models Experience providing training and guidance to internal teams Ability to work well in a team environment
