As a Client Service Manager II, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, helping them navigate challenges and find solutions that make a real difference. Take the lead in ensuring our clients receive the best possible solutions. Guide the renewal process, secure existing business, and identify opportunities to expand services. Ensure compliance standards are met. Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's technology to enhance productivity and quality.

Here is what you will bring to the role: A bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience. A Property and Casualty Insurance License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to build professional relationships with internal and external partners. A resilient and adaptable mindset to handle shifting priorities. A collaborative spirit and eagerness to work with teams across Gallagher.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
