A company is looking for a Client Relations Partner responsible for managing relationships with client billing teams and overseeing revenue cycle projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with client billing contacts and resolve payment issues
Review revenue cycle metrics and collaborate with billing teams for process improvements
Coordinate resolution of claims processing issues and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or related field preferred
5+ years of supervisory experience in revenue cycle management
2+ years of experience in an A / R consulting role
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and medical billing
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
