Job Description

IMCS Group is one of the fastest growing MWBE (Minority Woman Owned Enterprise) staffing firms in the U.S. We focus on bringing a Diversity Recruitment approach to Fortune 500 companies within North America and EMEA region contingent labor programs. IMCS Group excels in providing top talent in IT, Healthcare, Engineering, Finance, Light Industrial, Contact Center, and Clerical. We have offices in the US, Canada, Mexico, and India in which we can provide support to our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Provides exceptional client service through strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills.
  • Serves as the initial point of contact for clients. Follow standardized procedures to meet client needs. May conduct research for complex requests.
  • Self-sufficient in following standardized procedures, able to utilize multiple resources to find answers and resolutions independently to meet client needs and department efficiency metrics.
  • Documents client and team feedback in support of service improvement efforts within the business.
  • Uses consultative approach to position products and services to clients.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirement :

  • Takes inbound calls, responding to client requests, resolving general account issues, and providing digital assistance.
  • May handle escalated issues

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Minimum of two years related work experience required. Experience in client services preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required

    • What is the schedule? 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

    Specify the shift : Morning

    Weekly schedule : 40 hours / Week

    Complementary schedule : TBD
