Headquartered in beautiful Thousand Oaks, California, Anchor Loans currently lends in 48 states and is expanding into new markets and service lines to better serve our current and future borrowers./ph3Position Summary:/h3pThe Client Portfolio Manager serves as the quarterback guiding the borrower journey from initial submission through post-close servicing. The Client Portfolio Manager ensures internal alignment, proactive borrower communication, and timely file execution. This role is designed to advance file momentum, support borrower clarity, and strengthen communication and operational cohesion across all pipeline roles./ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities:/h3ulliDrive each file from submission through funding with close attention to deadlines and workflow alignment./liliMonitor the pipeline daily and resolve process delays with urgency and accuracy./liliCollaborate with onboarding, underwriting, processing, credit, legal, and escrow/title partners to ensure timely closings./liliAct as a liaison to borrowers and brokers during active file processing./liliSupport borrowers in document submission and file corrections to reduce friction and keep files on track./liliDeliver concise file status updates to the internal stakeholders./liliReport regularly on time-to-close, fallout rates, communication quality, and borrower feedback./liliGuide borrowers through the post-close transition, including onboarding to servicing platforms and key dates./liliCoordinate internally and with servicing partners for extensions, payoffs, draw requests, and modifications./liliMaintain client engagement throughout the loan lifecycle to support retention and satisfaction./liliIncreased wallet-share across all Team Lex borrowers/liliChampion the end-to-end borrower journey, identifying bottlenecks and experience gaps./liliGather and synthesize feedback from borrowers and brokers to recommend improvements./liliCoordinate with marketing borrower outreach (holidays, birthdays, events, etc.) specific to Team Lex.
