This position is for a fully licensed, experienced client service associate / manager (SIE, series 7, 66 or 65 / 63) with the potential to grow into a Financial Advisor. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

We are a boutique investment firm located in Encino and we serve clients across the country. The role is responsible for servicing existing clients. This is a dynamic role and every day will be different. The Associate must have the ability to problem solve independently using our backoffice and extensive resources and communicate proactively when needing additional guidance.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a smaller but established firm. Your financial and professional advancement within financial services is as limitless as you allow it to be. Your primary responsibilities will be to work as part of a team in supporting a large client book.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize daily tasks, track progress of projects and deadlines
  • Meet with and service existing and new clients
  • Continue to cultivate client relationships
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned or needed

    • Qualifications

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast?paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Superior communications skills, both oral and written; effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
  • Industry experience not required but you must be willing to learn
