We are looking for someone who has the ability to work directly with our clients. Must have previous experience in a busy, client facing environment. It is preferred to have knowledge of veterinary terminology and experience in a veterinary facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Customer service functions, including : greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients
- Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
- Creating and presenting treatment plans based on the doctor's recommendations.
- Answering questions regarding services and cost
- Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience and other relevant credentials. The pay range for this position is $18 to $21 per hour.
