Candidate Outreach & Scheduling Make outbound calls to candidates who have already applied or expressed interest Introduce yourself and create a friendly, professional first impression Confirm candidate interest and availability Schedule interviews and appointments using our online calendar system Help candidates select available appointment times Send or communicate appointment information and next steps Confirm upcoming appointments Follow up with candidates who missed previous meetings Assist candidates who need to reschedule Answer basic questions regarding the scheduling and interview process Follow-Up & Candidate Support Maintain consistent communication with prospective candidates Track call attempts, responses, and appointment outcomes Maintain accurate candidate notes Update information in our recruiting and scheduling systems Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text when appropriate Maintain organized follow-up lists Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers Help improve appointment attendance and keep the recruiting pipeline moving efficiently 🔥 Warm Leads — No Random Cold Calling You won’t spend your day searching for random people to contact.
