Client Success Associate

Stropro is looking for a candidate who takes a high degree of ownership, values team collaboration and has a hunger for personal growth. The role will involve the prospecting, qualifying and onboarding of accredited investors onto the Stropro platform.

Stropro is an investment platform that launched in December 2019, backed by VCs and private investors. The platform has recently experienced exceptional growth and is looking to accelerate client acquisition. We are looking for a motivated, diligent and self-directed individual to support our distribution team. The role of Client Success Associate will require qualifying client prospects, demonstrating Stropro's platform capabilities to prospective clients, the onboarding of accredited investors, responding and directing investor enquiries.

Stropro prides itself on its growing community of investors seeking alternative investment offerings. The platform delivers this by offering access to curated investment strategies from some of the world's largest investment banks. Over the last year, we have grown to over 900+ investors and have partnered with leading global investment banks and next-generation alternative fund managers.

Our investment products are responsive to investor needs. We offer enhanced income, growth and tactical global investment opportunities that unlock the portfolios of Australian investors. The founders and directors of Stropro co-invest alongside our clients and strive to deliver exceptional investment offerings from a risk & return perspective.

The ideal candidate would have an interest in financial markets, investing and the fintech landscape. Stropro is looking for a candidate who takes a high degree of ownership, values team collaboration and has a hunger for personal growth.
