A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes from products and services. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and advocating for their needs Monitor customer health metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and drive engagement and retention Conduct training sessions and product demos, while collaborating with support and engineering teams to resolve customer issues Required Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and experience managing enterprise applications Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously Understanding of information security policies and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining data security
